Shipping Policy

To ensure you will be satisfied with your shipment PLEASE keep in mind the following:

Processing time is 2-3 business days

Order shipping time is 2-5 business days

Make sure your address is fully entered (Abbreviations, apt #, etc)

• IF you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we’re unable to, LX Glow does NOT take responsibility for incorrect information.

 Once orders are shipped, LX Glow is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

• IF you haven’t received your package you must contact the United States Postal Service.
